Probably the worst and most useless app i ever used. You can't login or create an account. You can't save the ticket you bought. You can't save the ticket on your phone, the option Add to Wallet is absolutely terrible adding wrong information, instead of departure time it's showing time of arrival, thank you for missing the bus 🙄 Did anyone actually ever used this app and have anything positive to add?

National express coach service is great and it means once you get your coach ticket you no that you are on your way to your destination.. only thing I like to see is a better app' where it could give you a cost or a price and then a discount if required on certain journeys then you no were you stand, but in all it isn't to bad a service.

The coach was extremely late and I couldn't get any information with the coach tracker on my ticket information. Once it had arrived one of the people waiting had the wrong date on their ticket. Okay, unfortunate for her that's unlucky. I'm trying to find my return coach and I look at my ticket, it's set for 22nd when I paid for the 12th (double checked it was right with bf). Now I've bought a new ticket for triple the original price. Waiting, I see 5 more people with the wrong dates on theirs??

This version includes several technical changes to provide a smoother user experience when: searching & booking coach travel, saving coach tickets on your local device and tracking your coach with the latest version of our Coach Tracker.

We've also introduced a link to our FAQs page and updated the look and feel with our exciting new brand platform, If you know, you go National Express. Note: Fix included for crashing issue on Android 8 caused by loading animation.
