Fuss-free and convenient. For common ailments it's really better than going to the clinic and getting into contact with other patients.

Relatively good experience. Can further improve on alerting patients when the doctor calls. Sometimes the moment I rush to my phone and pick up the doctor's call, the app doesn't seems to respond.
