Calls keep going mute for some reason. For several months, completed calls will be silent to me and the other party. Of course, I'm not pressing the mute button, it isn't red, and the other parties aren't muting their end. Also, when I leave the app during an active call (to use another app to get information for the other parties, like with a customer call) the call goes silent for both parties. The app keeps my microphone active after I've hung up and left the app. Why is it still listening?

It used to be better than it is now. Texting usually works but phone calls never ring. I just get a missed call notification. Even sitting 3 feet from my router calls will drop or suddenly the other person cannot hear me. I've checked all options the only thing left is that the app is the problem. They force you to subscribe if you want to use it for verification texts. It will work in a pinch if you are desperate but I suggest trying other apps.

It was good in the beginning ... quick set up, easy to use, and free. After a while, it got difficult. Locking, freezing, and consistent dropped calls. My final straw was picking it up and trying to use it like normal, except that every "new" number I'd select would either be inactive or already snatched up (even though it was made available to choose from). I reached out for real-time support, but I got no help either. I'm shopping around for a different app. I'm no longer using this one.
