Decent app, I can order and pickup my dinner fairly easily. But it could be better. It doesn't allow me to save gift cards or any type of payment to it. It also doesn't have food discriptions on the first order page. You have to select the item to see it's description. I also frequently send someone else to pickup the order, so the "check-in" button is useless unless I send my phone with them.

I absolutely love Hawaiian Bros and I use the app for the rewards. A couple of features on the app need refinement. 1: When placing an order the app does not make using a previous payment method easy. 2: It never saves my pickup vehicle details. Most of the time when I'm ordering, I'm ordering the exact same thing from the exact same location in the exact same car with the same payment method. I wish it was easier to place my order.

waited 30 minutes for curbside order. Placed at 111 said ready at 116. Had to go into store at 138 to ask where it is and they stated they had rush orders that had priority over our order. I ordered ASAP in the app. Despite it saying it was ready at 116 they hadn't started. Several cars in drive thru and parked received order before us.
