Ordered twice online, and they accepted the transaction (took money) but didn't process the order. The first time was at home, I was getting ready to pick up my food, but when I went to my local mcd, workers said they never received the order. The second order was because I called customer support, and they told me they were gonna refund me (they haven't yet). In the end, I had to give up and order physically after waiting nearly 2 hours.

The crappiest fast food app in history. 500 characters won't be enough for all head aches, heart aches, drive-thru rage(just like road rage but at the drive-thru).I just use it as last resort and hardly ever does it go well. I've been considering a half hour infomercial but not enough time, so im in talks with Netflix to see about one of those 10 episodes miniseries, that should be enough time. They try to do so much that they F up at every turn. Haven't even start my grievences, no more charact

It's complicated because is not clear ob the information and options it really has. I received a promotional code and was never able to use. Offered me food delivered at my place but actually had to go pick it up myself because the branch does not have delivery service. Very disappointing. Good thing is, the way you can costumize your orders. Everything your food comes with, you can increase it, decrease it or eliminate it.
