The app is designed to automate many things, which is cheaper for LiMu, but is inflexible and makes costly mistakes. My renewal was missing a discount, and there was NOT a way to remedy this within the app. The customer service line was difficult to locate. I haven't made a claim, but I bet they would tow a total vehicle to a shop for repair.

App used to work great but now it never loads anything. I either keep getting "something went wrong" or it just keeps spinning. This has been going on for months. Cache cleared, uninstalled/re-installed app, rebooted all MULTIPLE times. Website doesn't open either. I just get a blank white screen. No one ever responds for help either. With what they charge for insurance you would think their app and website would work properly.

I have downgraded the app rating just because of the Right track. As an app tester myself and I can definitely say it has a lot high priority bugs and these bugs will impact you financially. I would suggest everyone to not use right track feature, otherwise you end up increasing your premium just because of the app. For those already using, be cautious and put the phone to a holder or brace for hard breaks. If your device unlocks during travel by facial recog, you are marked as phone usage.
