You get what you pay for, for real. I bought the smart ring to track steps and sleep. I don't like smart watches. The battery life is great but the app is just the worst. It doesn't sync with anything like Google Fit or MyFitnessPal even though it claims to. And now there is apparently a firmware update that won't download and I can't sync any data as a result.

At first, I was extremely happy with my fitness watch and the app. Now that I've been wearing it for awhile, it has started acting up. The watch will not stay paired with my Bluetooth or remain synced with my phone. It refuses to connect to my Bluetooth and automatically keeps attempting to reconnect every few minutes. I have tried EVERY suggestion offered on Google but nothing has worked. To top it off, I am unable to get any help trying to fix the issue. I just want to be able to use my watch

Update: Just reset the watch and app to try to fix incorrect values, now it won't connect at all, deserves zero stars. This app doesn't connect to Google Fit like it says it does, and when I try to reconnect it it does nothing, now all my trackers are inconsistent and reading different levels. All in all not a great fitness tracker, Okay-ish for standalone I guess.
