Worst experience ever !!!! I have been trying to log a compliant but the useless chat bot doesn't let me either connect to agents or not workingat all . Always says systems are down and try again later. In the last 6 years I have never thought of changing connection but now I feel I should reconsider owing to poor customer experience in solving issues

I wish I could give star in minus, it's service is very bad, most of the time there is network problem it shows no internet connection and whenever I went to support section or help desk it's always shows click on this link to check network strength and guess what that link doesn't load as there is no network. There is no optional for calling them, cannot raise complaint such a worst network but they will call you 2 week early when recharge is going to finish then they remind you 2 weeks before.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. My network speed is consistently very low, making it nearly impossible to browse. Despite raising a complaint within the app, the suggested solution to reset the network did not resolve the issue. I am still experiencing the same problems, including being unable to browse apps and take online calls without constant buffering. This has severely affected my productivity and overall user experience. I hope the developers address the
