March 2023 - The app regularly cannot reach the server. It means classes can't be cancelled within the required timeframe, or booked. April 2024 - A year on, and the app still freezes - for the last week I haven't been able to see the timetable on the website, and cannot get into the app. Given that each week costs over £50, I'd say having a poor tech stack impacts high-paying users in a big way. Never had this issue at GymBox

I had already visited various fitness centers, but the Third Space is truly exceptional. They offer a wide range of group exercise classes to cater to individual preferences. However, there are a couple of drawbacks. Occasionally, it can be challenging to find an available locker, and the showers could be more spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Additionally, the hangers in the shower are positioned quite high, making it inconvenient to hang personal belongings.

App often down overnight, means you don't know where you are on waitlist or whether to come in. Concierge not helpful, no back-up to the app for class attendance management. Other flaws as well, like if you choose a day it shows the wrong days classes, asks for instructor reviews but nothing happens when press submit. Accessing and searching through the video fitness is clunky and difficult, you just have to keep scrolling. They need to separate class booking (critical) from the other features.
