I haven't been able to get through one ad with the free gifts because of a faulty " Anna's merge" ad. I can't even get it reported correctly because of it's problems. It works on all my other games so I know it is to do with unity games. I would love this game but you won't fix the issues . I redownload it because I like it but so many ads and none of the rewards are able to be accessed because of faulty ads. This is no way to treat the ones who want to be apart of this game.

I have NEVER played a game online with SO MANY ADS!! They pop up every 2 minutes. The ads to watch for free items, never have the X available so you have to keep reloading the game until you get a different ad. Instead of spending more time watching ads, I un-installed the game. You can't enjoy playing a game when you watch more ads than you do playing the game.

I would rate this 5 stars but the Ads are not working correctly. It doesn't let you close out of them after watching. Just forces you to close the screen and essentially restart the game. Now I'm getting ads every time I click on a building. There's no way to communicate this to support. It's a fun game but not fun enough to put up with this kind of aggravation.
