I simply wanted to charge a car on one of their charges. The car could not link, I called the support team they reached out to IT or something to have the car connected to the charger manually. It did not work, so I had to change cars and then pay for both cars, like renting two cars for a day...

The concept seemed good until I tried to use the app. After registering and paying a fee, the app logged me out, and I am not able to log back in. I get an error message that it is the wrong email/password, but I can log in on the website just fine. The call centre number isn't valid, and the recover password button also doesn't work. I am very disappointed. I feel scammed. The app is useless to me now. I sent an email to your support team, but I don't expect a reply. Definitely not worth it.

Hi Eva, this sounds like a bug in our system, and our support team will be more than happy to assist you. Considering it's the weekend, they may have been unavailable due to this fact. Please contact us again during working hours and the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile, our IT team will check what could be the reason behind the automatic log out.

The rating is more so about the service, both in terms of the cars and customer service as well. The cars are new, clean, fast and there are plenty to choose from. The parking spaces are almost everywhere you would want them to be (Ljubljana), and they are adding more. The app is good, however there are occasional problems with the barriers and locking, however thanks to their topnotch customer service this is almost a non-issue. The only gripe I have is that its getting quite expensive to use
