I've shifted from Telstra and I couldn't be any happier. The app is far way intuitive, the customer service is super responsive and the signal quality, which was my main fear, is the same I used to have with Telstra. Everything for a much cheaper price. I've seen complaints about the customer service, but for me has been working really fine.

amazing app with super easy to use functionality, the ability to manage more then 1 service on the same acc. Better than any other service provider when it comes to value for money with $20 for unlimited everything for 1 month and 25gb of data included which rolls over into data bank if not all used, never expires as long as you have auto recharge set up. I have never run out of credit ever! highly recommended

So simple to use, even I can work it. Technically fine, but the 5 stars are more for the elegance, clarity, and user experience, especially when overseas and managing roaming.
