I booked an ocean room high floor. The room was dirty as usual. Dirty floor, dirty matts, dirty glasses, dirty sheets, dirty toilette. The staff told me to pay 500 baht because I spilded wine in the sheets. It wouldnt go away when washed...hm halv a day ago. Its a filthy low season tragic hotel. Im leaving accor for something else. Tragic personel in the front desc. They went in my room after this. I had a sign that I was sleeping on the door. After I showed them the photos of the uncleande roo
