Not really great. So many bugs that never get sorted out. Lights work 75 percent of the time. Wireless cameras not dependable either, but separate wireless security (different brand) is. Get this if you like to repeat what you want. After several years of this, it gets tiring. Mainly used for time and weather. Easier to use You Tube for music and streaming movies.

I only use the Alexa app for my thermostat, and before updating, this app was trash. Very unreliable, slow to load, would crash often trying to get the temps. But now, with the update, the thermostat temperature loads immediately when I open the app. No more "Waiting for Amazon". No more crashes. Edit: I spoke too soon. The temps load fast, but then the app crashes. It actually crashes even more than before. I need to get rid of these Amazon devices asap.

The app doesn't seem to match / sync with the device well. I have news and sports preferences off as I only really want Alexa to tell me the time, weather, and date when I wake up and it still tries to tell me about news and sports despite me requesting it to cancel and to not play those things. I have unplugged Alexa for a while due to this. It is a handy device but I wish it wouldn't push extra functions on you so much. It's really annoying when they push an update and mess up your settings.
