I recently booked a trip through Expedia, and I was impressed by the overall experience. The website is exceptionally user-friendly, allowing me to easily compare flights, hotels, and rental cars all in one place. The filtering options helped me find exactly what I needed, tailored to my budget and preferences.Customer service was another highlight; they were responsive and knowledgeable when I had questions about my booking.

Update: love Expedia. The process was so easy! Although i was a bit wary when I organized my Flight+Hotel+Car trip... at the end, I had nothing to worry about. Except for the fact that I had to put down payments when I had to check-in for the car and my room. (that's extra capital I didn't account for)... wish I could've done that all at once! But you still got a 5star for functionality and easability 😉👍🏼

My flight was canceled due to the major Microsoft issues. I am out more than $2500 due to this issue. My flights can be rescheduled. However, the hotel and car reservations can't be rescheduled. Expedia is refusing to refund these expenses. I personally spoke with the car rental company, then explained the refund procedure to Expedia, and they are still refusing to cooperate. I am so very disappointed in their service and will never recommend Expedia to anyone.
