So far the Credit One Banking app has been very easy to navigate and use for making payments or just checking my account in general. I've had no issues with it to date. There seems to be plenty of options for what I've needed to do. I did have a little trouble in the beginning activating my card online, hence the 4 stars but it's been great ever since.

It's too basic, The simplicity is nice but there are not enough options for things you need to do without having to contact customer support or the bank or app so often. All options for renewing, canceling, troubleshooting, payment, butshould be available in the app, everything, you should never have to do anything regarding this card outside of the app.

Update ,it's been over a year and yet have they do their part via bank verification. Since last year . And now they want almost $8 for express, that's robbery. I will report them .It's been since past May 7th to have my bank account verified. However when I checked my account I don't see any amount that was deposit of any sorts. The chat possibility is useless, it doesn't give me the option to address the actual issue to confirm my bank so I don't need to pay additional fee to pay my card off.
