Excellent app! User-friendly, easy to navigate, and great selection of hotels. Booking process was smooth and payment options were secure. Appreciated the detailed hotel information and reviews from other travelers. Definitely recommend! 5/5 stars

Overall the app is great, but just experienced an annoying problem with them trying to digitise everything. The complimentary drinks are now in the app instead of on a card handed to you at check in. The problem is the complimentary drink disappeared from the app after I checked out, but I wanted to redeem the drink after checking out while relaxing at the hotel waiting for my transport to the airport. We never redeemed the drink, it simply disappeared. Quite disappointing.

Search feature very clunky and amending the booking basically not able to be completed, you must cancel and rebook to amend.
