I have been using this app for quite some time now and have not had any issues other than those created by my own ignorance. But even then, Microsoft has done a fine job assisting me when any issues do arise. So, the application itself and customer service have been great. The only negative thing that can irk me on occasion is due to the fact that my device automatically connects to my Windows machine, when in fact that I did not want the two connected (for personal reasons).

It does connect quickly now that it's connected. I had a horrible time getting this app to my PC at first. They say they show that past 2k photos, but I am only to access 45, and can't get any others ony phone! Can't xfer the vids I made for my website! It doesn't always play sounds when I get notifications. The settings options are limited and are not customized! Once they FINALLY gave me directions, I have been able to xfer docs, and change where they're save--NOPE can't find them! Not happy!!

I think the notifications and messaging works well. The audio calling, not so much. It's useful to a degree but it would be much more useful if you were not required to pick up your phone and manually authenticate to remote into the phone. If I have to pick up the phone, I may as well not use the Phone Link app on the windows computer. My suggestion is make the manual authentication optional and let the user decide.
