The app is mostly good. But EQ needs to fix the login experience. I am using biometrics, but STILL have to receive and email code. Super frustrating. Additionally, the checkbox to remember the device and stop the email codes never registers. I hate having to receive a code every time I want to access my account!

Overall great app! Very responsive and easy to use. Slower compare to other financial apps. It does take few seconds to load each page. Hasn't given me any issue so far though. What I would love to see is e-transfer scheduling just like bill payments. CIBC does it and is so convenient. The only reason why I don't use it as an everyday spending account is because the perks are less attractive compared to the competition.

No longer compatible with Android version 9. Worked for a while on my newer replacement Android 10 phone, then stopped working. Can't log in, keeps asking for me to update my profile. After I enter the verification code it just loops endlessly. I even updated my profile on the website but that made no difference. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, rebooted phone in between, and that didn't help. This app needs more testing before updates are released to avoid breaking what previously worked.
