Update: Dropped back to 3 stars due to crash/server issues (See Alan's review) since May update. To be sure, the Mayo app is largely complete and generally easy to use though way too many clicks required, something I hear patients task about a lot. But it is a game changer as a patient in being able to stay in the know and therefore feel both in control and active as a participant in my health care. Items to consider: 1) draft mode 2) email/reply to multiple Mayo providers, both "to" and "cc."

Was supposed to have an appointment today, 6/27, and when I went to view it in the app, my appointment was no longer there. I called my Mayo and they said that my appointment had been changed (to yesterday) on my end from the app. I was notified 6/23 for a sooner time option and had clicked on the link to look at it in the app, but I never clicked to change the appointment. I never got a notification about a changed time nor any confirmation. I have to wait ANOTHER month to go in now. Thanks app

Updated 1.30.24- been having a horrible time even using the app due to constant crashes. Uninstaller cause it's absolutely maddening! I would probably not give it 5 stars, it's not very user friendly, too complicated to find things & it's very inconsistent when it actually works. Ill get an email that I have a message or new lab result, go into the app & it's not there.
