This game says it's rated for Android 8, and I can confirm this runs great on my phone that I can't upgrade beyond that point. Negatives: the store is easy to access so it's not kid friendly at all (this has stopped me recommending it to some), and the app is a little large so updates are always playing with storage space. Positives: It's helped my sleep so much, and I love that by design it has me doing something reflective for about 10 minutes, then there's nothing new to do. Much healthier.

This game is the only self care game that really hooked me from the start. I adore plants and woodland creatures so the style really motivates me to keep at it. The game is so charming and you can feel the good intention in it as you play. The self care activities are simple but effective strategies to help check in with yourself, the letters are so cute! If a little similar at times, so maybe a prompt could help give some diversity for when you go to write one :D definitely give it a try!

There seems to be a slight interaction flaw in the coding. When on the map, if I start a one finger pan and I accidentally start the pan on one of the points of interest (POI) - it opens the POI at the end of the gesture taking me away from the map rather than only panning. For accessibility it would be fab to open a POI on tap only rather than also one finger pan.
