What a lot of confusing nonsense. App took far too long to install and then requires further information. It takes up too much space. All completely unnecessary. There is no need to set up an account. You need to simplify it. Stop getting carried away with all the tech nonsense. Tickets should be very easily downloaded/viewable. Sort it out. Review equals zero stars.

Such a horrible experience that I felt compelled to post a negative review. Online and in-app, I could not book adults tickets and children tickets at the same time; I had to complete the booking in two transactions. My credit card details were saved, period. Once in the app, the option to delete them was easily accessible, but not having the choice at the time of payment, as is customary, is disturbing and disappointing.

First of all, I did not want this app, I have limited space on my phone, but I am forced into having it to access tickets. Why can't I just download tickets from an email like every other organiser does. Then, very frustrating attempting to input the verification code - half the screen is covered up by "verify" so you cannot see that you are typing or what you are typing, so three goes to get in, it doesn't bode well for the app
