Downloaded the app a while back in the hopes of purchasing for future concerts and shows. Today for the first time tried to purchase tickets. I've been trying to do so for 2 hours and their system isn't working! ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. It takes forever to try and get troubleshooting everything email and takes time. Not the app you want to use when buying tickets in a hurry for a show that's selling out! I ended up buying my tickets elsewhere and with a discount in a couple of minutes!

I downloaded the app to contact customer support to switch my ticket date. The customer service agent was quick and nice, but I felt very misled in getting the "same value as my initial tickets" as they claimed. I agreed to it and got less back. What they don't mention is you've paid a "booking fee" which you don't get back. Now I have to pay ANOTHER booking fee for the same event on a different day. That's more than a whole extra ticket. Scammy. Deleting after this event. Avoid if you can!

Fever is poorly developed, can't believe events are actually using it. Can't add different types of tickets to cart at the same time and have to purchase separately. Vouchers from rescheduling show as VIP when they are not VIP value and when applying, they say that the amount is equal to the ticket cost, only in future screens showing that you need to pay more. Tried to use vouchers (only allowed in the app, another flaw), but even though used properly, still tried to charge my card.
