    What a week it was for our Polish team! 😊 Our incredible employees dedicated their time and energy to take part in a series of volunteering activities, giving support to several social care institutions & local libraries in Warsaw and Wrocław.     🌿 To continue inspiring and supporting our consumers who want to live more sustainably, in Westfield Arkadia, together with Ubrania do Oddania, we installed a textile collection machine called Ubraniomat! The concept of the machine is simple: you can deposit clothes you no longer use and give them a second life. Ubraniomat helps us reduce the negative impact on the environment and, at the same time, promotes circularity in fashion. 👕 👖 👟 🌿 The installation of Ubraniomat in Westfield Arkadia is part of our Group’s broader strategy for environmental transition, Better Places, which the center has consistently implemented. Along with the recent Westfield Good Festival, Ubraniomat is a step in our journey to build social awareness and engage customers in sustainable activities in their daily lives. 🌍 👉 Ubraniomat is located on level 0, between Leroy Merlin and Duka stores. As of now, we have successfully collected 230 kg of clothes.

    Celebrating Sustainability at Westfield Good Festival!🌎 🌳 🚲 👕 🐝 Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting the second edition of the Westfield Good Festival in Westfield Arkadia and Westfield Mokotów. The festival provided a platform for our centers, partners, and brands to showcase the positive steps they are making in their environmental transition - helping to inspire and support consumers, who want to live more sustainably and give back to their communities.   Over the course of three days, our customers immersed themselves in a variety of activities, gaining insights into sustainable practices from our Festival partners. 🌿 Westfield Mokotów set the tone by launching the event with a conference on the future of fashion, co-hosted by Vogue Polska. Influencers opened their wardrobes for a lively swap market, promoting circularity in fashion. Meanwhile, popular TikTokers engaged in an exciting live cooking challenge in the spirit of zero-waste. WWF Polska educated us about animal preservation and the planetary health diet, while Woshwosh taught us how to extend the lifespan of our shoes through proper care. Elementy and Fashion Revolution collaborated on a “fashion receipt” that vividly illustrated the industry’s environmental impact, while MO61 and Ikea organized workshops that encouraged sustainable habits.   🌿 At Westfield Arkadia, the focus shifted to circularity and recycling. ElektroEko, Ubrania do oddania, and Woshwosh collected unwanted electronics, clothing, and shoes, respectively. Plant enthusiasts eagerly adopted second-hand plants from Florabo. For those seeking refreshment, SodaStream hosted workshops emphasizing the importance of reducing plastic use. Finally, Raven treated the customers to a healthy cocktail.   🌿 The grand finale of Westfield Good Festival featured thrilling concerts by two Polish stars: Tymek and Dawid Kwiatkowski, who, despite the rain, fired up the audience and closed the Festival on a high note.   We are already looking forward to the next edition of Westfield Good Festival in 2025, so stay tuned! 👇 👇 👇

    As we are still in February, we look back to Valentine's Day and how we celebrated it in our shopping centers! 💕   Westfield Mokotów created a scenery straight out of Las Vegas 🎰🌃! From 12th to 14th of February there were multiple activities waiting for customers such as very instagrammable pink Cadillac with a Las Vegas background, a chance to draw a ring from the ring machine and a popcorn and cotton candy sampling served by hostesses on roller skates 🛼. The event was topped with pro-sale activation that awarded clients with movie tickets, gift cards and milkshakes for the purchases above 100 zł.   At Westfield Arkadia during two days of the event, we encouraged clients to celebrate love! Our customers who made a purchase between 13th and 14th of February could collect the special gifts: gift cards or cinema tickets. Additionally, we have organized an Instagram Challenge that was nothing else but an exciting field game in the mall! The six gifts (“Love Tickets”🎟️💗) were hidden in the center in various places, but our wonderful customers managed to find them all in only 2 hours. The game took place in collaboration with 6 tenants: Lush, Sweet Factory Store, Cinema City, Wyjątkowy Prezent, Dubai Ice Cream Coffee and Azia Restaurants.   The Valentine’s Day event in Wroclavia took place from 14th to 17th of February. Inspired by the French ways to celebrate love, we created a dedicated romantic Mon Cheri zone 🍒 that was situated in the Grand Plaza. Customers who presented a receipt worth min. 200 zł could get a gift card worth 50 zł and especially for our loyalty members we prepared branded gifts in the form of cherry candles🕯, posters and special pins. There was no way to leave the center not feeling the love vibe!   The results? Over 3 000 people participated in our Valentine's Day attractions, 1 400 new members signed up to our loyalty club, 1 380 gifts were distributed, and the event Net Promoter Score was equal to 97. Thanks to our customers we really felt that love has many faces! 🫶🏻

    Last week, all of our employees had a chance to participate in a one-day "Building Tomorrow Together” session. During the workshops we focused on our “Better Places” roadmap, our progress towards CSR objectives and action plans that will enable us to accelerate the sustainable transformation of our business. 🤝🏻🌍   As part of the agenda, we listened to presentations on topics such as the Group's strategic vision on sustainability, carbon neutrality, Better Places certification or Sustainable Retail Index. We also had a chance to participate in a team-building energy quest. The ultimate goal of the game was to strategically plan and implement solutions to reduce CO2 emissions and improve energy efficiency of our assets, while paying attention to CAPEX budget requirements.   Environmental transition, sustainable consumption and positive impact on communities in which we operate reflect our ambition to create sustainable places that reinvent being together. 🙌
