Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc
  • Proficiency in various creative skills such as video editing, filming, design, audio editing, and copywriting
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a team of creatives
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for creativity and content creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a sense of urgency in communication and decision-making
  • Availability for full-time work, including Saturdays, with a strong work ethic and dedication to the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy to grow the personal brand's reach and influence
  • Lead and manage a team of creatives including videographers, editors, designers, and copywriters
  • Create and implement a content distribution system across multiple platforms
  • Ideate and develop innovative and engaging content ideas
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to ensure all content aligns with the brand's values and vision
  • Report to the CEOs on data, ideas, and progress
  • Set and maintain a content schedule with a focus on consistency and quality
  • Ensure all content is approved by the Creative Director before release
