🚀 Successfully Completed Capital Increase! We proudly announce the successful completion of a €25 million equity injection! This latest round of funding comes as we have achieved key milestones agreed upon with our investors, demonstrating their strong confidence in the R.Power's future and our ability to deliver on the ambitious growth plans. 🤝 The newly issued share will be subscribed for by our existing shareholders, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF)), advised by Amber Infrastructure Limited. This investment will further strengthen our financial position and enable R.Power Renewables to pursue our expansion plans without diluting the shareholding structure. 💪 We are committed to achieving our goals and maintaining a growth trajectory throughout the remaining months of 2024. This may necessitate additional equity injections in the future to support our continued growth and expansion plans. PLN 231 Million Project Finance Loan to Accelerate PV Expansion in Poland! 🤝 We are pleased to announce that R.Power Renewables has secured a project finance loan of approximately PLN 231 million from Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) to support the construction of a portfolio of solar photovoltaic power plants in Poland with a total capacity of 72 MWp and to secure PPA obligations. Children's Day Celebration! 🤡 Continuing the Children's Day festivities, today we transformed our Warsaw R.Power office into a Fun Zone! The whole day the conference rooms were buzzing with activities led by awesome animators. The employees' kids enjoyed: - Face painting, balloon workshops, and a mini art corner: Unleashing their inner artists! 🎈 - Sports games, dance routines, and rope challenges: Burning off some energy and having a blast! ⚽ - Slime and eco-friendly workshops: Learning and having fun at the same time! ♻️ Over 30 kids joined the fun! 🇵🇹 We have just expanded our European portfolio of solar projects in Portugal!   🤝 We have signed an agreement to acquire shares in companies from the Portuguese investment group Gesto-Energia holding rights to photovoltaic projects with installed capacity of 24.1 MWp. This acquisition increases our total pipeline capacity in Portugal with secured grid connection conditions to 92 MWp. 💪 The projects located in Lagos, Mação, and Vila Franca de Xira have been developed to the RTB (ready-to-build) stage.
