The week featured plenty of interactive workshops, providing opportunities to interact with a focus on patients and people to increase performance through effective collaboration and enhanced engagement. Qualification: Pharm-D along with a supply chain background will be preferred. Responsibilities: For material receiving, handling, storage, and issuance of all incoming goods. To verify the dispensing of raw material against the batch manufacturing record. For orderly placement of all stocks. To ensure the calibration of scales and monitoring devices used for recording temperature and humidity in specified areas. To carry out proper destruction of recalled, rejected, or expired stock. To comply with regulatory requirements related to the storage, sale, and handling of stocks. To update the Head of Plant from time to time on all matters about the warehouse i.e., raw material, packaging material and finished goods warehouse. To ensure the timely availability of requisite materials for smooth production operations. To ensure periodic training of warehouse staff to improve efficiency and professional skills. To actively manage all warehouse activities; materials planning, preparation of expanse authorization, purchase requisition generation, GRN, packaging list generation and dispatch of sale orders through SAP (System Application Procedures). To manage the dispatch of physician samples to the field force as per the allocation received from the sales department. To carry out other responsibilities assigned by the head of plant.
