Quick, healthy, and utterly delicious!  Ingredients:  	•	4 Salmon fillets (6 oz each) 	•	2 Tbsp Olive oil 	•	1 Tbsp Lemon juice 	•	Zest of 1 lemon 	•	2 Tbsp Fresh dill, chopped 	•	1 Ripe avocado, diced 	•	1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled 	•	2 Tbsp Chives, chopped 	•	Salt & Pepper to taste 	•	Paprika (optional)  Instructions:  	1.
