Sigh...pleats pleats and more pleats. I am quite fascinated with this wonderous playful texture on fabric. I look at the nameless faces in the streets steadily walking or taking a stroll and all the while their pleated dresses and skirts sway and flow in the wind. It's like music blowing in the air.
