INGREDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳 (per serving) 
➡️ 60g oats 
➡️ 120ml milk 
➡️ 1 tbsp chia seeds 
➡️ 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey 
➡️ 1/2 scoop protein powder @myprotein (code ALICESCOTT for 💰off)
➡️ 1 cup frozen mango 
Topping
➡️ yoghurt 
➡️ mango
Method 
1. Add the milk, mango, protein powder and maple syrup / honey to a blender and blend until smooth 
1. Add milk, oats, chia seeds, extra mango chunks and your mango mix to a bowl and combine well 
2.Leave in the fridge for 1 hour and then transfer to your containers and top with yoghurt and mango
