When you run a hand down the length of Momentum, each line individually sways, creating an undulating motion reminiscent of a millipede. The motion adds sound as the pieces collide. A video of the moment is linked below the images. Final image from gallery exhibition ©2008 Libby Telford.

This composition is utilizing value to create depth, without the differences in value in this piece it would be very two dimensional.
