Baseball season is finally back, and even if it’s not another World Series run for the Arizona Diamondbacks, there’s still sure to be lots of excitement this season and plenty of reasons to enjoy a game at Chase Field – especially with the stadium’s well-known lineup of diverse food options that extends far beyond the typical game day hot dog.

After last year’s action-packed season, the Chase Field team made a conscious effort to take 2024’s dining options to the next level to impress the D-Backs’ excited and re-energized fanbase with approximately 40 all-new dishes by executive chef Stephen Tilder. To enjoy your best game day meal yet, check out this comprehensive guide to the new items, allergen-free options, and an overview of all the stadium’s dining destinations.

New Menu Options

Big Dawgs (section 105)

Fries get a Southwest revamp at Big Dawgs with the new Arizona Diamondbacks Loaded Fry — made with a base of crinkle fries, then topped with queso, jalapeno-scallion chorizo, pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, scallions, and an all-beef frank. Fry lovers can also opt for the simpler — but also tasty — new garlic parmesan fries.

D-Backs BBQ Alley (section 114)

Barbecue enthusiasts will enjoy the new BBQ brisket sandwich made with smoked brisket, barbecue sauce, bread and butter pickles, beer pickled onions, jalapeno, and slaw, all on a potato roll.

Nachos are a consistent new menu item this season, and D-Backs BBQ Alley delivers on a barbecue lovers’ version with corn tortilla chips topped with cheese sauce, smoked brisket, BBQ sauce, beer pickled onions, and jalapenos.

Bat Flip Burgers (section 118)

Smash burgers are in this year at Chase Field, and at Bat Flip Burgers diners can choose between three new varieties — each made with a one-third pound smash burger patty as a base. The classic smash burger features American cheese, bread and butter pickles, and secret sauce on a potato roll bun. There’s also a green chili queso smash burger topped with hatch chile, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onion, and chipotle aioli on a pretzel bun. The final option is the truffled grilled cheese smash burger made with Swiss cheese, caramelized onion, and garlic truffle aioli on Pullman bread. Diners can pair any of these new burgers with the new garlic parmesan fries made with garlic, olive oil, parmesan, and parsley.

Chef Tilder’s Gyros (section 120)

Those looking for a lighter snack option can now opt for the hummus and pita plate at Chef Tilder’s Gyros, the plate includes pita chips, Mediterranean hummus, olive oil, tomatoes, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.

Copper State Steaks (section 120)

Copper State Steaks is introducing a Copper State fire steak sandwich made with buffalo sauce, provolone cheese, jalapenos, blue cheese dressing, and shaved beef Philly meat on a toasted hoagie roll.

Taqueria Los D-Backs (section 123)

Taqueria Los D-Backs is now offering two new varieties of street tacos — the beef barbacoa tacos made with salsa verde, cilantro, onions, and Cotija cheese as well as the chicken tinga street tacos made with pico de gallo, pickled red onion, Cotija cheese, and avocado crema. Both are served on flour tortillas.

Churro Dog HQ (section 129)

Churro Dog, now known as Churro Dog HQ and relocated to section 129, is now offering several new desserts including a sundae parfait with vanilla frozen yogurt and churro pieces, and an apple pie chimichanga, which originally debuted during last year’s World Series. The chimichanga is a fun take on an apple pie, made with an apple pie burrito with cinnamon and sugar, caramel, vanilla frozen yogurt, whipped cream, and crackerjacks.

Carvery Cart (section 129)

The Carvery Cart now offers a chimichurri tri-tip sandwich made with ancho rubbed tri-tip, chimichurri sauce, charred red bell peppers, arugula, and horseradish cream, on toasted ciabatta bread, served with kettle chips.

Taste of Chase (section 130)

Taste of Chase has several new food options this year including two new hot dogs — the XL footlong Sonoran hot dog made with a half-pound Nathan’s hot dog and ranch beans, smoked bacon, pico de gallo, mustard, and mayo on a New England bun, and the classic “Chase” dog made with a half-pound Nathan’s all-beef frank on a New England bun.

They will also be serving the “Millionaire” steak sandwich made with beef tenderloin medallions, black truffle cheese sauce, cremini mushrooms and garlic aioli on a brioche hoagie roll. For nachos, Taste of Chase is offering its own take with the Korean pork belly nachos made with wonton chips, pork belly bacon, gochujang-spiked cheese sauce, quick kimchee, pickled red onion, and scallions.

Taste of Chase will also be serving the new garlic parmesan fries.

Gonzo’s Grill (section 142)

Gonzo’s Grill — known for its extensive selection of chicken dishes — also made lots of menu additions this year, including a new fried chicken sandwich and panko-crusted chicken tenders served with fries and the special “Gonzo” sauce. Each of these can also be purchased as part of a box with pickle slaw, a King’s Hawaiian roll, butter pickles, and crinkle cut fries. Another new addition is deep-fried pickle spears, also served with the sauce.

A-Zona Street Tacos (section 207)

A-Zona Street Tacos will also now be offering chicken tinga and beef barbacoa street tacos. Additionally, the taco restsaurant will be offering a chicken quesadilla and barrio nachos with the choice of chicken tinga or barbacoa beef with queso, pico de gallo, pickled red onion, jalapenos, black beans, and avocado crema served in a souvenir helmet.

Four Peaks Draft Room

The Four Peaks Draft Room is offering six new menu items this year, including loaded pub fries, a pub pretzel scoop with soft pretzel bites, pretzel twists, and toppings, Kilt Lifter bratwurst, a Latin fruit cup, grilled chicken Caesar salad, and farmer’s market vegetables with hummus and pretzel twists.
