If the Catholic God knew Lucifer would come out to be a disaster, and he did knewknow, since he is omniscient, why he didn't he simply ignored creatingnot create Lucifer and then createdcreate something better?

I know this might not belong here, but this place seems better for understanding theology to its core and not superficially.
