The Seller Relationship Officer is responsible for building long-term relationships, acting as the customers' main point of contact and handles major accounts' data analytics, promotions, issues, and other concerns through supporting the Key Account Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews major accounts' requirements
Attends all concerns of major accounts are resolved based on the agreed timelines
Team up with other departments to address the major accounts' requests
Maintains strong relationship between the major clients and company
Establishes a timeline of performance with the client
Creates recommendations to achieve clients' goals and objectives
Ensures client needs and deliverables are met based on timeline
Generates regular reports for analytics
Reviews reports progress for internal and eternal stakeholders through the established metrics
Initially proposes and drafts key account metrics for review
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any related course
With proven working experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management
WORK LOCATION
Candidate must be willing to work in a Hybrid setup in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
