True to our aim of sharing smiles through delightful snacking moments, we celebrated the 20th year of Fudgee Barr with a twist! Congratulations to the Fudgee Barr team who delivered many smiles to communities in Manila. Check out this story by Stefanie Salvador from Rebisco's Marketing team. 🙂🎂

The Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO) volleyball program has grown a lot over the years, starting from a college team sponsorship; moving to the professional level not just with one or two but now three teams (the Creamline Cool Smashers, the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, and this year, the Criss Cross King Crunchers); grassroots programs in the Rebisco Volleyball League and the Rebisco Volleyball Academy; and the sponsorship of the Philippine national volleyball teams as well. Yesterday, during a practice scrimmage of the Flying Titans and the Cool Smashers, and by sheer happenstance, more than 90% of the Rebisco Volleyball program members were present (players, coaches, utilities, staff, management, backend support, operations people, marketing and communications folk, etc.), so we decided to take this picture to show how much the team has grown, and how we are still advocating the development of the sport as a way to inspire and not just entertain fellow Filipinos into the future. We believe that our countrymen, especially the youth, can learn and develop values such as discipline, hard work, camaraderie, teamwork, resilience, and optimism through the appreciation of and involvement with sport (in this case, volleyball). "Malayo na, pero malayo pa." We've come far, but we still have far to go.

Great few days spent in Thailand's three oldest cities- Phitsanulok, Sukhothai and Kampheang Phet. It was a great experience to learn directly from trade partners, interact with our consumers, reflect on H1 wins and find areas to improve for H2 and beyond. Still lots of opportunity to bring more delight to our customers and consumers in Thailand! Huge thanks to the leadership team of our amazing partner, GC Distribution Khun Rut Thongpao, Khun Ratty Nimnualrat, Khun Rukchanok Trilertthanaphat and Khun Pichet Klinpayom for your hospitality and the commendable H1 performance. An electric mood surged through the halls of our Rebisco office when the ALAS Pilipinas National Team visited last June 3, 2024. Culminating in a thrilling victory over Australia to secure the bronze medal, they celebrated their “herstoric” third place finish at the recent Asian Volleyball Confederation Challenge Cup held at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum. ALAS Pilipinas’ remarkable achievement reached the highest tournament finish for a national team from the Philippines. Congratulations to our ALAS Pilipinas team and everyone behind their win! Thank you for representing our country!

Rebisco began a purposeful journey with the Department of Education (DepEd) Lanao Del Norte for a groundbreaking initiative - bringing our branded activity worksheets straight to students in the area. We teamed up with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), particularly the Philippine Army Western Mindanao Command and Philippine Air Force, and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to execute the monumental activity. Rebisco continues to champion the transformative power of education, one worksheet at a time!
