Executive Director, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Jodie Glean-Mitchell presented the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Report 2023 to Governing Council’s University Affairs Board on May 29, 2024 and to its Business Board on June 19, 2024. The document covers activities over a 12-month period from January to December 2023.
As of 2022, the Employment Equity data is presented in the EDI Report and on the interactive Employment Equity Dashboard.

Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and Ontario Disability Act Reports
Vice-President Kelly Hannah-Moffat presented the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) Report 2023 to Governing Council’s Planning & Budget Committee on April 9, 2024. AODA Officer Ben Poynton presented the AODA Report 2023 to Governing Council’s University Affairs Board on April 11, 2024.

Employment Equity Annual Reports
As of 2022, the Employment Equity Report is included in the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Report. In addition to the Institutional Overview and Community Highlights in this Report, the companion dashboard provides a snapshot of the composition of our tri-campus community and information about recruitment, promotions and departures of employees between January and December each year.
