Theo James Flaunts Eye-Popping Swim Briefs for Steamy Ad with Leonardo DiCaprio's Girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti

Theo James is back in Italy — and he’s turning up the heat!

The English actor, 39 — who starred in White Lotus’s Sicily-set second season — was spotted in Capri on Tuesday, July 9, filming seriously steamy scenes for a Dolce & Gabbana commercial with Italian model Vittoria Ceretti.

While filming seaside on the Italian island, the Divergent alum’s tanned, toned physique was on full display in teeny-tiny white swim briefs. Ceretti, meanwhile, rocked a string bikini, also all-white.

Soaked from the sea, the model, 26, and actor (who is no stranger to revealing scenes!) were seen getting close for the fashion house’s ad as waves crashed around them.

The duo’s steamy Dolce & Gabbana spot comes months after Ceretti was romantically linked with another actor: Leonardo DiCaprio.

Ceretti and DiCaprio, 49, were first linked last August after they were seen walking around Santa Barbara, California, together enjoying iced coffee and ice cream, photos published by Page Six show. Shortly after, the pair was spotted spending time with the star's mother, Irmelin Indenbirken, per photos also obtained by Page Six.

In April, a source told PEOPLE that the Titanic star “seems to really like” Ceretti, whom the source described as “very cute, sweet and charming.”

Referring to a recent dinner date at an Italian restaurant, the source said, "The restaurant has been Leo's favorite for years, and he's enjoyed date nights with Vittoria several times.”

“She's, of course, Italian, so she takes care of ordering all the favorites,” the insider added. "They sat next to each other and he had his arm around her. They dined for hours and all had a great time."

James, meanwhile, is married to Irish actress Ruth Kearney. The longtime couple, who first crossed paths in theater school, tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed a daughter in August 2021.

Though they keep their relationship and family life very private, James has previously opened up about the difficulties of balancing a long-term romance with their respective acting careers.

Speaking with the English outlet The Evening Standard in 2020, the Time Traveler's Wife actor said, "It's interesting being together this long, because we have navigated through the very beginnings of our careers.

“That can be hard at times, but also that [brings] certain strengths [to] a relationship,” he added.
