Once the Fourth of July passes, it feels like summer is halfway over. While I look forward to fall fashion (I love my Rory Gilmore-esque sweaters just as much as the next person), I know I still need a few summer pieces to round out my closet before going into fall mode.

Nothing makes outfit planning easier than having a staple dress in your wardrobe, and this two-tone mini dress is exactly what I want to live in as we ease into the second half of summer.
