The teen says Gigi and Bella teach him modeling moves.

Gigi and Bella aren’t the only Hadid cover stars! The supermodel sisters’ younger brother, Anwar, just landed his own spot (alongside Cameron Dallas) on the front of Teen Vogue‘s June/July issue, and in the accompanying interview, he chats about his newfound modeling career, how his stylish older sisters inspire him and more.

The 16-year-old, who was signed by IMG Models in February, says that while he’s still very new to the industry, he has his older sisters, Bella, 19, and Gigi, 21, to look to for career advice (like, “focus on eye expressions”).

“I only got interested in fashion a couple of years ago, when Gigi and Bella started modeling,” he tells

. “I didn’t grow up rocking designer clothes, so this is all very new to me, but I am now down to wear anything on set.”

The teen adds that his newly minted modeling role isn’t what he envisioned for his future, but he’s ready to give it a go and join his supermodel sisters in the high-fashion ring.

“I try not to think about anyone’s expectations but rather focus on always doing my personal best,” he shares. “Modeling was never a thought in my mind growing up, but my mom felt it was important for me to be open to business opportunities and expand my horizons. I’m excited to go for it!”

While he’s open to everything new and exciting, Anwar says that aside from modeling, he wants to test out his design skills in New York, where he hopes to study fashion design in the near future. A talent he says is ingrained in his DNA. “My grandfather was a men’s shirt designer in Holland, so it must be in my genes,” he explains.

But no matter what his future holds (modeling, designing, etc.), Anwar says as long as he has the support of his family, he’s happy.

“I think our family motto is to always work hard, be humble, kind and thoughtful about others around us,” he tells the mag. “I’m comfortable around girls because I grew up with two sisters and a single mom. I feel very lucky for all they have taught me.”
