Paris Hilton's baby boy has made her a whole new woman.

While chatting exclusively with PEOPLE about her upcoming "Be an Icon" kitchen and home collection with Walmart, the proud mom, 42, also opens up about life since she and husband Carter Reum welcomed son Phoenix Barron, 8 months, earlier this year.

"Phoenix is just my world. He is the most beautiful little baby boy," Hilton says. "He's growing up so fast, but he has just made my life feel so complete."

"I just feel like the luckiest girl in the world every single day for this beautiful family that I have," she continues.

As for the most surprising part of motherhood, Hilton adds, "It's just how much love I could have for someone. I thought I knew what love was with my husband, but as soon as I met my baby, it's just this love on another level. He has just changed my life in every way."

Hilton and Reum, 42, quietly welcomed their first child together on Jan. 16, 2023, via surrogate.

The pair, who married in late 2021, kept the news of their baby boy to themselves for over a week.

Hilton later announced Phoenix's arrival eight days after his birth on Instagram with a close-up photo of her holding his hand, writing, "You are already loved beyond words 💙."

Recently, the proud mom says she and her husband have been taking Phoenix to music classes, "which he loves," and have been giving him swimming lessons at their home.

"He's laughing, he's starting to sit up on his own, and we just started feeding him solid foods a few months ago," she continues. "So we're getting ready for him to start talking and walking and turning into a toddler."
