Kate Jackson filled in for Farrah Fawcett at a Beverly Hills benefit over the weekend and expressed hope Fawcett recovers from cancer, allowing the world to see a Charlie’s Angels reunion.

“Just kick this sucker so that we can reclaim this brand! Come on, we gotta get moving again!” Jackson, 59, told PEOPLE at an Associates for Breast and Prostate Cancer dinner Saturday honoring Fawcett with the Spirit of Hollywood Award.

Fawcett, 60, whose anal cancer returned in May after going into remission, did not attend. She had recently sought alternative treatments in Germany.

“I’ve watched her this past year fight with such courage and so valiantly, but with such humor,” Jackson said. “It hasn’t been a black year at all. There’s been a whole lot of love. It’s been stunning to see her grab this by the horns and amazing to see her determination to beat it.”
