Kourtney Kardashian is bumping along in style.
The “Kardashians” star and mom of three announced she was expecting her fourth child (and first baby with husband Travis Barker) in June 2023 — and she’s wasted no time showing off her bump since her very public concert pregnancy announcement.
After consulting fertility doctors, going through multiple failed rounds of IVF and trying various other remedies, Kardashian announced she was “officially done with IVF” in a May 2023 episode of the Hulu show.
“We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us,” she continued. “If that’s a baby, then I believe that it will happen.”
Luckily, it turns out a Kardashian-Barker baby was in the cards after all, with the Poosh founder holding up a sign that read “Travis I’m pregnant” while her Blink 182 drummer husband performed on stage at the band’s June 16 show in Los Angeles.
Since then, the reality star — who is already a mom to son Mason, 13, daughter Penelope, 11, and son Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick— has gone on to rock belly-baring bathing suits to casual tees and everything in between.

June 16, 2023: Rock-and-roll pregnancy announcement
Kardashian wore a sheer black bodysuit with low-slung leather pants to tell the world she was finally expecting her fourth child, holding up a black-and-white sign that referenced a scene in the Blink-182 video for “All the Small Things.”
The TV personality showed off a black bra under the see-through one-piece, later posting a photo with Barker drumming on her belly as she wrote, “Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God’s blessing and plan.”
June 23, 2023: Baby’s bikini debut
The Lemme founder shared an Instagram post captioned “sweet summer 🥝🥑🍐🥭” as she sported a lime green string bikini in a series of sexy selfies. Kardashian posed barefoot in a mirror snapshot as well as showing off a cleavage-filled closeup wearing a Sommer Swim triangle top ($89) and matching side-tie bottoms ($89).
June 24, 2023: Little drummer dress
Kourtney chose a body-hugging light blue dress for a last-minute gender reveal party at her home, revealing in a Poosh newsletter that the music-themed bash came together in just 48 hours. She paired her dress with a black leather belt and sheer gray tights, sitting on her husband’s lap as the Blink 182 drummer tapped out a beat before blue confetti that coincidentally matched her outfit flew into the air, revealing they will have a son.
July 3, 2023: Barbiecore baby
The fourth-time mom-to-be embraced the Barbiecore trend in a hot pink bikini as she twinned with pal Addison Rae on Instagram ahead of the Fourth of July. The friends — who have been criticized for their 20-year age gap — enjoyed some sun as they rocked identical string bikini tops, with Kardashian wearing her bottom pulled up high on her hips to accentuate her bump.
July 5, 2023: LBD, maternity style
The TV personality donned a strapless black bandage dress along with super-long hair extensions in a bathroom mirror selfie that showed off her growing bump on July 5.
She included the stunning snapshot as part of an Instagram photo dump captioned “selfies n stuff,” which also included closeups of her shiny pink nails and mic packs labeled “KIM” and “KOURT” amid her ongoing feud with sister Kim Kardashian.
July 5, 2023: Black “Matrix” style
The star concealed her belly in an oversized black leather jacket in the same Instagram post, wearing a blazer-style coat and a black lace turtleneck in yet another mirror selfie — which she took with an actual camera. Kourtney wore her hair slicked back in a tight bun and added dramatic eyeshadow for her all-black moment.
July 5, 2023: Edgy elevator selfie
She sported an edgy outfit in another pic from the post, wearing black leggings with a white graphic T-shirt that showed off a sliver of midriff. Kourtney added chunky black combat boots to her ensemble, which was covered up with an ankle-grazing black trenchcoat.
July 5, 2023: Bathroom babe
The Lemme mogul wore a different white tee in a third pic from her photo compilation, rocking the glittery graphic design in a public bathroom mirror selfie. She added another long topper — this time in white — along with tight black pants and a pair of tiny sunglasses.
July 11, 2023: Walking on the wild side
Kourtney went with an animal print look as she was spotted enjoying a beach day in Hawaii, with the pregnant star wearing a sassy leopard-print bikini top ($75) and coordinating swim shorts ($75) from Emily Ratajkowski’s swimsuit line, Inamorata. She stayed safe in the sun — or attempted to go incognito — with a black baseball cap and Miu Miu Runway sunglasses ($610) as she splashed in the ocean.
July 12, 2023: Hawaiian pink
Kourt said “Aloha” to Hawaii with a racy bright pink look, wearing a cutout bodysuit and matching sarong skirt accented with wooden beads in a July 12 Instagram post. In the snaps, taken from her hotel room at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in Kauai, she wears the Jacquemas La Jupe Perola skirt ($483, was $690) with the label’s Le Body Perola bodysuit ($400) as she poses in a huge straw hat.
July 13: Bumping along in black
Mrs. Barker continued her bump-baring bathing suit spree as she showed off a cutout suit while lounging on a Hawaiian beach.
In the pic, she rocked a black one-piece with the belly cut out, adding her favorite denim Prada bucket hat and a pair of dark shades as she relaxed on a striped towel.
July 22: Pilates Pink
When it comes to workout wear, Kourtney chose a super cozy knit romper as she showed off some cleavage (and her baby bump) on her Instagram Story July 22.
She sported the long-sleeved one-piece as she posed next to a Pilates reformer, leaving the top two buttons open for a sexier look and writing, “prenatal pilates in pajamas.”
July 24: Barbiecore Jorts
The busy mom kept the pink theme going when she took “the girls” to see “Barbie” at the movies, following directions as she wore a pair of baggy pink cargo shorts and an edgy motorcycle jacket for the outing.
Kourtney captioned her photo, “took the girls to see Barbie, had very strict instructions to wear my pink jorts,” as she posed in her closet mirror.
Her bright pink leather jacket concealed her baby bump, but the shorts seemed to be a tad small for her growing belly as the expectant mom left them unbuttoned.
August 1: Mickey Mouse mom
Kourt kicked off August in (slightly inappropriate) Disney style, wearing a Mickey Mouse graphic T-shirt that shows the beloved character giving the middle finger as she headed out for lunch with her husband. She paired the tee with a pair of light-wash jeans that she unbuttoned to accommodate her bump, adding a black jacket and a heart-shaped purse to her casual look.
August 2: Belly-baring tracksuit
She rocked a sporty menswear look while heading to get a drink at Cha Cha Matcha in West Hollywood, wearing a brown tracksuit that put her bump front and center.
The expectant mom wore an unzipped Martine Rose track jacket ($591, was $1,202) with black panels and white piping down the sleeves, wearing the style open to give her growing belly some room.
She paired the look with unbuttoned, folded-down brown pants ($306, was $450) from the label along with the same black-and-white Vans x Mastermind sneakers ($112) as her husband.
August 5: Cookie Monster style
The reality star channeled Cookie Monster in a blue LaQuan Smith set in an August 5 Instagram post, captioning it with a simple row of cookie emojis.
In the pics, she wore a cropped leather biker jacket ($2,614, was $5,228) that showed off her bump along with an asymmetrical shearling-trimmed miniskirt ($1,358, was $2,717).
Kourtney teamed the all-blue outfit with a pair of silver mules from Black Suede Studio ($278) as she posed in front of some artwork, wearing her hair pulled up with soft strands framing her face.
August 5: Patterned Barbie
Kourtney gave a show of support for her sister Kim’s Skims line by wearing one of the brand’s summer mesh dresses ($118) the same day as she posted her blue-on-blue look. She sported the sheer, brightly patterned dress as she drove around Calabasas with Barker in a Barbie pink SUV, wearing her hair in a casual topknot and adding a pair of black mesh flats.
August 8: Bikini babe
The summer sister looks kept coming when the “Kardashians” star shared yet another bikini belly pic on August 8, posting a series of stunning Instagram snaps that showed off her baby bump. In the photos, she wore a tomato red string bikini top and matching bottoms from younger sis Khloé’s Good American brand as she posed amongst some gorgeous scenery and floated in a pool.
August 11: Red-hot mom
The expectant mother went for a sexy red look as she sported a skintight Rick Owens maxi dress ($316, was $790) with two thigh-high slits while running errands in Malibu on August 11.
Kourtney, who brought her 11-year-old daughter, Penelope, along for the day out, rocked black biker boots and a coordinating purse as she went braless under the bump-hugging dress.
September 10: Feeling empowered
Kourtney’s pregnancy took a scary turn when she had to go through “urgent fetal surgery” in early September, but luckily, doctors were able to save her baby boy.
Four days after sharing her hospital ordeal, the “Kardashians” star posted a series of pics of herself in a black leather outfit captioned, “pregnancy is so empowering.” In the snaps, she wears a pair of black leather trousers along with a sheer crop top over a black bra, resting her hands on her belly. The Poosh founder added matching lace gloves, covering up with a baggy leather jacket as she rested on a chair.
September 24: Happiest mom on earth
Kourtney and Travis celebrated their new arrival with a Disneyland-themed baby shower, with the pregnant celeb embracing her bump in a tight snakeskin jumpsuit featuring flowy pants.
She kept the magical theme going with a pair of Mickey ears on her head, tying a black top around her waist in a photo Barker shared on Instagram.
September 25: Boohoo babe
Kourt gave fans a look at her new collab with Boohoo in a September 25 Instagram teaser, wearing an open trench coat over a cropped white Blink 182 baby tee and unbuttoned skirt.
The reality star wore ripped black fishnets and edgy knee-high boots with her look, putting her growing bump on display in the tiny T-shirt.
October 4: Getting festive
Kourtney got festive by posing in a skin-tight dress next to a pile of white pumpkins at the beginning of October.
She showed off her baby bump in a floral print mesh maxi dress from her latest Boohoo collection.
The dress is affordable, ticketed at just $22 on Boohoo’s site.
“‘Tis the season 🎃,” she captioned the stunning shots from Oct. 4.
October 30: Beetlejuice bride
The Kardashian-Barkers can’t resist a couples’ Halloween look, and 2023 brought some movie-themed costumes for the pair, who dressed like Beetlejuice and Lydia Deetz from the 1988 Tim Burton film, “Beetlejuice.”
Kourtney wore her best red bridal dress for the October 30 Instagram post, clutching a bouquet of red roses and wearing a black wig styled in a voluminous half-up ‘do.
Meanwhile, Barker made the ideal Beetlejuice in ghastly face paint and a green wig, wearing a burgundy suit with a white ruffled shirt just like the movie character.
We can’t wait to see what the “least interesting to look at” Kardashian sister has in store for the rest of her pregnancy.
