Ariana Grande reacts to brother Frankie’s bruised and bloodied selfie after nose job

Ariana Grande publicly showed support for her brother, Frankie Grande, after he posted a selfie of his bruised and bloodied face post-nose job.
“perfect in all ways, always !!!!” the “Boy Is Mine” singer commented on the Broadway star’s Instagram post Saturday, adding emojis of a teddy bear and a seedling.
After undergoing rhinoplasty, Frankie, 41, shared the snap of himself that showed both of his eyelids bruised in a dark purple hue, dark lines under his eyes, a cast over the bridge of his nose, a piece of gauze with a bandage under his nostrils and a white strap wrapped around his head.
“New nose. Who dis?” he captioned the selfie.
The YouTuber later posted pictures of himself out and about in New York City a few days after the surgery. His bruising and swelling seemed to have gone down, but he was still wearing a cast.
“Took my new nose out to see New York. She loved The Wiz,” he captioned the snaps Monday.
However, Frankie’s healing took a turn later Monday when the doctor removed his cast and his nose swelled up even more.
“It just blew up like a balloon, which apparently is supposed to happen, but I’m freaking out a teeny bit, but still very excited,” he said on his Instagram Stories.
The “Big Brother” alum explained that he now has to “restart the whole un-swelling process all over again,” but he still “cannot wait” and is “so excited for the big reveal.”
Frankie and Ariana, who are half-siblings, have had a close relationship and often show their support for each other.
The dancer most recently gushed about the pop star, 31, on National Siblings Day in April, calling her “the BEST sister in the world.”
“I want to take a moment to thank the BEST sister in the world for being there for me through thick and thin. From helping me with my sobriety journey to showing up for me at big moments in my life and career. You are the best sister anyone could ask for and I’m eternally proud of you and all the sunshine you continue to spread in this world,” he captioned a selfie of the pair.
Ariana commented back, “my sweetest! i love you so so much.”
The “Wicked” actress attended Frankie’s “Star Wars”-themed wedding to his husband, Hale Leon, in May 2022.
