Alexis Bellino reveals she and ‘RHOC’ star’s ex are ‘looking at engagement rings’: ‘Pinch me’
Alexis Bellino sees a proposal in her future.
The “Real Housewives of Orange County” star told E! News Monday that she and boyfriend John Janssen – who previously dated Shannon Beador – have been “looking at engagement rings.”
The Bravolebrity, 47, noted that they are “talking about the future for sure.”
She went on to gush over her “amazing” romance with the insurance brokerage businessman, saying it gets “better” every day.
“We both are kind of like ‘pinch me’ in the fact that we truly found like a best friend and someone that we want to ride the rest of this life out with together,” she shared. “It’s pretty amazing.”
The reality star also clapped back at criticism of her “organic” relationship with Beador’s ex, clarifying that it is not a “facade.”
Despite facing “backlash consistently” since going public, Bellino said, “This is reality, and we are in love. Our kids are a group now, our dogs are acclimated, so we’re moving forward.”
The duo were first spotted together in November 2023, one year after Beador, 60, confirmed her split from Janssen after four years of dating on and off.
While Bellino and Janssen were “quickly becoming friends” at the time, they confirmed their relationship with a PDA-packed boat outing one month later. He even showed off his love for Bellino by gifting her a $16,000 promise ring for Christmas.
By March, the couple teased to Page Six that an engagement was on the horizon.
“I cannot picture my life without her,” Janssen told us, while Bellino chimed in that he will “probably” pop the question soon.
The two have been going strong ever since, with Bellino even bragging about having sex “more than” four times a day on the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast with Teddi Mellencamp and Tamra Judge last month.
“I told him I did not know human anatomy could do this. I keep telling him I’m going to have to get, like, vaginal rejuvenation. The difference is we do stay together almost seven nights a week now,” she raved.
Bellino hasn’t starred on “RHOC” since Season 8 in 2013 but is returning for the show’s 18th season, premiering Thursday, in a friend role.
“I contemplated not even going back because I knew what I was throwing myself into,” she told E! News. “But also I thought to myself, ‘Why am I not going to do something I want to do just because I’m dating somebody else’s ex-boyfriend?’”
Bellino insisted she did not break “girl code” as she “didn’t know Shannon” before dating the Real for Real founder’s ex.
“I didn’t owe anyone anything and I wasn’t doing anything to rub anything in anyone’s face,” she said. “It was literally timing and that’s why it’s reality TV, because you cannot write this script.”
Bellino and Janssen’s relationship seems to take center stage on the upcoming season, with Beador and Bellino each getting emotional about it in the trailer.
Beador previously admitted to E! that she was “hurt” by her ex dating another woman in the “RHOC” universe. She said she was “quite confused” about the coupling, adding, “John said that he didn’t want to be in the public eye, and he’s thrust himself more into the public eye at this point.”
However, the mom of three has a lot more to worry about than her ex’s love life in upcoming “RHOC” episodes.
Beador’s DUI fallout will air on the show, with Beador tearfully telling her three daughters about her arrest in a preview for the first episode.
