‘RHONY’ star Erin Lichy teases ‘shocking’ season, gushes over ‘amazing’ new castmate Racquel Chevremont

Erin Lichy says the next season of “The Real Housewives of New York City” is sure to surprise fans.

“This season is highly entertaining and pretty shocking,” she teased during an exclusive interview with Page Six on Thursday at DJ Eliad Cohen’s Mezcalum NYC Pride kickoff at Dimes in the Gansevoort Hotel in Manhattan.

“That’s all I can say,” Lichy, 36, added, playing coy about what’s to come on Bravo’s Big Apple-based iteration of the network’s juggernaut franchise.

However, she was down to gush over her new castmate, Racquel Chevremont, who was announced as the latest addition to “RHONY” Season 15 this week.

“I actually feel more grounded with her on the cast because I feel like she has a healthy mindset but also likes to have fun,” the Mezcalum co-founder raved while chatting about the art curator, model and proud member of the queer community.

“She’s just been really great. She’s lived such an interesting life. She has an incredible career,” Lichy continued. “She’s amazing.”

The current “RHONY” crew — who are in the throes of filming — includes Chevremont, 53, plus returning reboot stars Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Brynn Whitfield, Ubah Hassan, Jessel Taank and Sai De Silva, as well as series newcomer Rebecca Minkoff

Chevremont told GLAAD on Thursday that she was thrilled to add more queer representation to the reality show, following in the footsteps of Lyons — the first openly gay woman to star on “New York City.”

“I honestly didn’t think [Bravo] would be interested in me in the end because they already had a queer woman,” said the Bravo rookie.

“I wasn’t sure if they were going to want two queer women on a franchise that has historically been about married heterosexual women. I think it was a bold decision and honestly a more authentic representation of NYC.”

Lichy, for her part, told Page Six on Thursday that she is not only thrilled to uplift Chevremont, but the entire LGBTQIA+ community during Pride Month and beyond.

“I’m an ally,” she asserted, noting that she chose to partner with DJ Eliad Cohen — revered for his advocacy and work in gay nightlife — for the event, where he spun tracks as guests sipped on mezcal cocktails made with her and husband Abe Lichy’s own alcohol brand.

“We love each other so much. I have a mezcal brand. Eliad is an incredible DJ and he plays music that really fits the vibe of our [Mezcalum] mezcal,” Erin shared. “We thought this would just be a really great way to celebrate Pride and each other.”

Party attendees — also including “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Meredith Marks, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Rachel Fuda and Margaret Josephs, “The McBee Dynasty” star Galyna Saltkovska and content creator Donald “Prima Donald” Adler — were treated to the live debut of Cohen’s new single “Touch Me.”
