Jill Zarin reveals full ‘facial rejuvenation’ — here’s everything she had done

Jill Zarin has gone under the knife in search of a “more youthful look.”

The former reality star hired plastic surgeon Dr. Ira Savetsky — the husband of ex-“Real Housewives of New York City” cast member Lizzy Savetsky — to give her a facelift, chin implant and fat transfer to address her “jowling, sagging neck skin” and other superficial issues.

“To address these concerns, I designed a personalized facial rejuvenation plan,” Dr. Savetsky tells Page Six Style exclusively.

“The procedure included a dual plane lower facelift and neck lift, which involved repositioning both the skin and underlying muscles to achieve a more youthful look. To enhance her profile, I placed a small chin implant.”

Photos and a video exclusively obtained by Page Six Style show Zarin, 60, just one week after surgery, so she still appears swollen with visible stitches.

“Jill is doing exceptionally well,” Dr. Savetsky told Page Six Style at her one-week post-operation appointment. “She has minimal bruising and swelling, and I expect her results to continue improving over the next several weeks as the swelling subsides.” Dr. Ira Savetsky
The Bravolebrity shared an Instagram video of herself just days after her surgery.
“Look, I have a chin!” Zarin said to Dr. Savetsky. “What size chin did you do? Is that the smallest size you can do?”

Footage from Zarin’s one-week post-op appointment shows Dr. Savetsky going through the former Bravolebrity’s “before” images and explaining what he tweaked to improve her aging appearance.

She added, “On the front you don’t notice it as much. It’s definitely the side.”

Zarin joked with us exclusively two years ago that she needed a facelift to take the years off of her on camera.

Zarin also quipped that some of her “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Ex-Wives Club” co-stars didn’t own up to their nip/tucks.

“I’m not like some of my sister-wives who denied doing anything, and yet they look better now than they did 20 years ago,” Zarin teased.
