In the Reel, Williams — clad in a white crocheted top and matching skirt — is lying on an exam table as a technician applies clear gel to her stomach and uses an ultrasound-like wand.

She received a body radiofrequency treatment, which uses electromagnetic waves to promote collagen and elastin production to create tighter skin.

The retired athlete credited a pal for encouraging her to get the procedure, writing, “On my last trip to Paris a girlfriend of mine treated me to a spa day. She knows after 2 babies I have been self conscious of my tummy. I just had to post this video she took.”

She went on to share that her “results have been amazing,” writing, “I can see progress with my skin going back to normal and my confidence coming back.”

The retired athlete continued that she would “always feel guilty” for taking time away from her daughters, but also realizes she needs to prioritize her own well-being as it will help her “take better care of them.”
