Dolce & Gabbana and Havaianas collaborate on haute $138 flip-flops

When it comes to summer sandals, it doesn’t get more classic than a trusty pair of Havaianas.

And with the season finally here, the Brazilian brand’s iconic rubber flip-flops are getting the designer treatment thanks to a limited-edition collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana.

The drop hit both brands’ sites on Thursday and features four unisex sandals in some of the Italian label’s most famous designs — two bold animal prints, Zebra ($138) and Leopard ($138), and two decor-inspired patterns, Blu Mediterraneo ($138) and Carretto Siciliano ($138).

Each vacation-ready slip-on features a velvet strap adorned with a pearl Dolce & Gabbana logo-emblazoned button.

Priced at $138, they’ll cost you hundreds less than the famed design house’s other summer styles, including signature slides like the Bianca Interlock Sandal ($345).

Havaianas have long been one of famous folks’ most budget-friendly footwear picks; Jennifer Aniston, Kaia Gerber and Jennifer Lopez all own its bestselling Top Flip-Flops ($20), while Lori Harvey even has a pair that converts into sneakers.

“Euphoria” star Barbie Ferreira even collaborated with the brand on her own limited-edition line last summer, telling us she takes the classic shoes with her “everywhere, especially if I have to change out of uncomfy shoes.”

If you’re planning to shop the brand’s latest designer drop, we’d just recommend you don’t flip-flop on the decision too long; they’re likely to fly off the shelves fast.
