Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale celebrate son Kingston’s 18th birthday with sweet tributes
Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale’s son Kingston is all grown up!
The former couple’s eldest child turned 18 on Sunday, with his parents honoring the milestone with sweet social media tributes.
“happiest of birthdays Kingston🤍,” the No Doubt rocker, 54, wrote over the weekend. “my first born baby boy 🙂 cannot believe u are 18 today… i love u! 🥰”
The singer’s upload included photos and video clips taken throughout the little one’s life.
In a post of his own, Rossdale gushed over Kingston’s “massive step into [his] future” as he reached adulthood.
He shared a recent photo of the teen walking beneath an umbrella.
“so far the best ride of my life and i can’t wait to see where you go from here,” the Bush frontman, 58, gushed in his lengthy caption. “i have total belief in you and deeply admire the man within.
“you have grace,charm and humility. you are at the wheel of your destiny so choose wisely,” Rossdale continued. “your musical talent is nuts and soon the world will hear your heart sing.follow your muse,stay curious and keep creating.”
He concluded, “i could not love you more than i do.i wish you all the happiness all the health and all the creativity. love you dad. ❤️”
Rossdale and Stefani welcomed Kingston in May 2006, four years after they tied the knot in London.
The duo went on to welcome sons Zuma, 15, and Apollo, 10, in 2008 and 2014, respectively, before calling it quits in 2015.
The L.A.M.B. designer has moved on with husband Blake Shelton, whom she married in 2021, while Rossdale recently made headlines for his girlfriend, Xhoana X, looking like Stefani.
“you’re telling me that’s not Gwen Stefani?!” one X user asked after the couple’s Mexico vacation photos went viral earlier this month, with another calling the 35-year-old’s resemblance to his ex-wife “bizarre.”
Stefani and Rossdale have only given rare insight into their dynamic over the years, but the guitarist did say last year that they “don’t really” co-parent.
He is also the father of 35-year-old daughter Daisy with fashion designer Pearl Lowe.
