Kelly Ripa makes a statement in sheer black gown on the Oscars 2024 red carpet

Kelly Ripa delivered some serious red carpet glamour as she attended the 2024 Oscars in Los Angeles Sunday, wearing a slinky black Jason Wu gown that showed some skin.
The “Live with Kelly and Mark” host, 53, showed off a sheer black dress with black velvet burnout detail, with the piece featuring a low cowl-style neckline.

She wore what appeared to be black hot pants under the sheer dress, keeping her hair down in soft waves and accenting her lips with a glossy peach color.
The daytime TV personality accessorized with a glittering lab-created diamond tennis necklace by Jennifer Fisher ($29,500) and diamond drop earrings.

Ripa was joined on the red carpet by her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos, 52, who sported a classic tuxedo.

The stylish couple is taping their annual “Live” Oscars special in Los Angeles, and the New Yorkers recently traveled out west to recreate a special moment in their lives.
In late February, they recreated their Las Vegas wedding photo at Chapel of the Bells as they celebrated 28 years of marriage.
